FETCH AND NOURISH™
It started with a pill. And one very picky dog.
Thoughtfully made treats for the dogs we love.
Our Story
Getting Ruprecht to take his medication was never simple. Cheese sometimes worked, but wasn't a good everyday solution for him. Yogurt and cottage cheese had their limitations. Peanut butter worked better—but Ruprecht became remarkably good at enjoying the treat while somehow leaving the pill behind.
Then came liver.
Crumbled liver mixed with peanut butter finally gave this very selective pup something worth getting excited about. And that sparked another question: If this is something he needs regularly, could we be more thoughtful about what's in it?
That question soon became bigger. The more I thought about the meat I was feeding a dog I loved so deeply, the more I found myself thinking about the animals it came from, too. I wanted to understand not only what was in his treats, but where those ingredients came from—and how the animals they came from had been raised.
That became part of the beginning of Fetch and Nourish, too.
Treats with a purpose.
Fetch and Nourish is developing a moldable treat inspired by the very real challenge of giving medication to a selective dog. We're also exploring thoughtfully sourced ingredients and freeze-dried treats designed with picky pups in mind. Our products are still in development—we're taking the time to get them right.
Meet Ruprecht
Chief Taste Tester. Pill Detective. Reason we're here.
Ruprecht is my first dog — and the reason Fetch and Nourish exists. His selectiveness, his charm, and his uncanny ability to eat around a pill set everything in motion. He's the heart of this brand.
Every Dog Belongs Here
Fetch and Nourish began with one dog, but what we're building is for dogs of every kind—regardless of breed, size, appearance, age, or where their story began. As we grow, we hope to partner with shelters and rescue organizations and welcome canine ambassadors who reflect the wonderful variety of dogs and the stories they bring with them.
